What happens if I hit the Free limit?
On the Free plan, new bookings will be blocked after 50 within a calendar month. You'll get a notification to 'Upgrade' or wait for the next month.
How do SMS reminders work?
Basic and Premium plans include integrated SMS notifications. We handle the carrier connections so you don't have to.
Is my salon data secure?
Absolute. We use bank-grade encryption and Firestore security protocols to ensure your client lists and revenue data are encrypted and protected.
How do I cancel?
There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription with one click from your Billing settings at any time.
Do you offer setup support?
Yes! Premium members get a dedicated account manager who will help you import services and staff from your old system for free.
Do my customers belong to BookMySalon.lk?
No. Your customers remain your customers. BookMySalon.lk simply provides the platform to manage appointments and bookings.
Can other salons see my customer information?
No. Each salon can only access its own bookings and customer records. Your customer database is not visible to other salons.
Does BookMySalon.lk sell or share customer data?
No. We do not sell customer information or share your customer database with competing salons or third parties.
Will BookMySalon.lk promote competing salons to my customers?
No. We do not intentionally use your salon's booking history to market competing salons to your customers.
Why does BookMySalon.lk need access to customer information?
Customer information is used only to operate the platform, including appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, support, and booking management.
